    Yep it's the accumulation point of some buyers - the day traders and investment firms' algorithms can do the day trading above the accumulation point, but those buyers with limit orders at the point are slowly "soaking" up the sell orders at that price point or range - generally it happens by larger players who have set a target to accumulate a certain amount of shares without buying too many at once.
