    Here's a fun one.

So Mrs (who has been working from home diligently since covid started), was advised on Friday that she either had to return to the office or take leave.

I heard her call with her boss. The directive had come from his boss.

"I'll need the weekend to look through it. And please remember I have Monday off"
    'Work through what?'
    "The legalities"

I helped pen an email on Monday with a request for the risk assessment the company has undertaken.
And advised that she would take leave if required but that would place the company under enormous pressure.
She works in transport. Took one day off, 700 emails requesting to track issues. They don't get it.

    After the email....
Silence since. And she's still working from home.

I said to her 'I take my hat off to you. You have over 200 hours leave because you work your butt off. If you only had 2 days leave you'd have no hand at all. We all need to eat.

She's called their bluff. Love it.

Oh, and apparently there's 2 cases that no one knows about but management do.
And that's when they started working from home. Pot, kettle...
