It's a tough one because we have companies like TSO that don't move for 2-3 weeks after good announcements, and then you have PDI that trades magnificently in channels and off announcements. It's just excellent. Based off recent announcement on 15th it moved 20% on the Hill 800 but then went straight back into a sliding downtrend. It feels to me it has a lot of supply to get through first or someone is accumulating... but looks like supply to me.
As always, with a MC of around $13M and a JV with one of those cos could easily give it some strength and perhaps put together another month long run like it did in Feb there.
