But I cannot believe the Dow 30 futures are green. FYI - USA has 20% of all international confirmed COVID-19 cases and New York / New Jersey combined have more cumulative cases in the last 2 weeks than the total number of cases that China has reported since January 1st.
I accept that case numbers reported from China may be an underestimate. Keep in mind that USA has low volume swab / testing compared with most countries. The frightening rate of increase in New York Provence will also be an underestimate.
