Watched an interesting video by a popular YouTuber Adam Khoo regarding picking the market bottom. He used two tech indicators: William%R & ATR 'Normalised'. If Williams %R below 80 and ATR Normalised above 80 both meet at same time then he claims is good technical indicator of the bottom - give or take a month or two.
If you have an ATR Normalised indicator, the setting given on a US trading platform version as being: Length =13 - Check the box "Relative Volatility (0-100)" - Do not check the box "Show stochastic" - K=52 - D=80 - Smooth=1
Problem is I have not seen this indicator anywhere and there is very little info on Google search for it either. Anyone here know about this?
