There are some days when there really are so many good runners that I want to throw money at everything but I purposely don't for the reasons you have said previously, these days I know the one or two trades I want to complete for the day and I have $3-5 grand for a genuine runner (either tip, chart breakout, or huge announcement) if it arrives, some weeks I only have two trades the whole week, other weeks two a day, and this practice for me has saved me thousands this year, trading has to be manageable and fun, otherwise I'm in straight jacket by 4pm Hahahahahaha
