I have 4 emails that I will send you that include a plethora of PDF files and excel spreadsheets.
My advice would be stop day trading immediately - I personally only ventured into it after studying for a few years and started with medium to short term trades. I am not an expert by any means but happy to pass on what I have accumulated.
Just remember that the market will always be here when you are ready.
