In the end I appreciate those that are into research - goes a long way - there are a lot of layers to understand - charts usually reflect the situation in one way or another - the thing is that whether you are a fundamentalist or are well schooled in charts - it is not a competition and one skill should not insult or seek to defame the other - and more the point if you don't understand the others logic then it is a reflection of your lack of understanding- Charts are generally repetitive and logical - volume if you understand it is also a good tool - There are a lot of different ways to trade and dissect the markets - Having ones ego under control and recognizing things that repetitively work is probably what i personally aim for - charts have served me well - sure you can trade momentum and fa in a lot of situations but generally Ta offers a heck of a lot of explanation also - as well as having a decent over view of FA - So for goodness sake stop taking sides and look at the whole situation and collaborate
