I agree on BBOZ, BBUS. But the gearing means that they really should only be viewed as ST trades & should be checked at the close every day and some decision made as to whether to hold or sell the next trading day. If BBUS, then US Index Futures should also be checked at the same time (I use the investing.com site for this. Free.). If you are too busy to do this, then perhaps IMO you are better not to hold highly volatile, geared investments. Such are neither, again IMO, MT nor LT trades.
