Haha, in hindsight I was in extreme shape long ago. When I didn't get into uni and didn't get a trade job I was after I seriously considered applying for something in the defence force and SASR. I ended up with an otherwise career ending injury and desk job and over the next 10 years put on 30+ kg, and well am still that way. I have proven a few times that I can lose it quick though if I can be bothered with the self discipline and putting in the hard yards.
