Stay away from this company
They have done nothing for some 5 years now, back when they had circa $16 mil in the kitty
They spend something like $2 mil per annum on admin, and have done nothing to show for all there "hard" work.
The share structure and ownership is a bit of a shit show, you will really need to go back over years of announcements to understand the story.
Big money was injected into this company years ago, and management / board have been living off the proceeds ever since.
