Rav is probably even better to ask about tables. He's maybe the one I yoinked this link off of, or it might've been Jako. Either way, it used to be one of the ways to get excel to 'agree' with HC more easily.
I assume you mean you want to be able to copy and paste it. I don't have excel on the computer at the moment but it did the trick before when there were way more issues trying to get tables to work haha. I can probably conjure some other tricks if that doesn't work.
