Wasn't original merger close to 1:1. Now we get half.
Bloody CHM has us by the nuts so we make this offer in desperation to join as one. As paul said "now or never" & im starting to think never would have left MMX in the shit.
Writing this in the heat of the moment so any facts not quite right we will deal with later.
