a quick study of announcements by TTM definitely tell a story of a company on the move. Acquired the largest gold miner in Ecuador , Core Gold, despite the fact that all Core Gold activities were suspended and continue to be suspended due to Covid

In June / July raised a total of $14.5M in funds @ .065. All directors participated heavily in the placement . In August they also gave themselves buck loads incentive options on very favourable terms. Also in July , in a strategic move , They employed a high ranking Ecuadorian Public servant. In the same month they announced that assays from Dynasty drilling were considered highly encouraging

During the Last quarterly they announced that had $6.5m cash in the bank , enough to run their program for 6 more quarters . Subsequently in August they announced the sale of Peruvian assets for $6m to be used to further Dynasty and Copper Duke Projects in Ecuador. In early sept they asked ASIC for extra time to sort out their half yearly accounts .

on 18 September they went into the halt citing a material announcement for a project.

so if there has been no activity on core gold assets , there can’t be any material announcements I assume that covers Dynasty and Copper Duke , the ones that seem most promising , so again, I wonder as a long-standing investor and in TTM, what it’s about ?

Exploration activities are all about to resume. The small scale mining by Core is not what TTM acquired the project for. Their aim is to produce at around 250,000 oz per year from Dynasty.
