I have no comment on the stock but anecdotally we have a store nearby that we pass at least once a month. and it is in a centre just off the freeway where there is also a McDonalds and a Red Rooster. While Maccas and Red Rooster have consistent trade we have hardly ever seen people in Olivers.

When I was reviewing retail stocks for investing I would often visit stores and observe the foot traffic and staff to determine whether it was a worthwhile investment.
