    Oldfluffy, Helsyd, re both US indices **and** pog going up at the same time: TheTechnicalTraders.com (free newsletter) suggests that it reflects a global "flight to safety", with both gold and US stocks/USD being the recipient. He also suggests that the US indices are peaking and this flight will be to USD/Bonds & Gold. He also has a paid for newsletter, to which I don't subscribe, but the free one seems to make sense.
