Hi Cleo. That looks OK but I would not do Port Arthur but drive down to Kettering and do the the Bruny Isl fast boat day trip. You actually see quite a bit of the scenery on the Port Arthur side but close up and from the water. If you're lucky see whales, seals, amazing wildlife etc. And it's a hoot. Sit up the back behind the wheelhouse. That will take a whole day. Good restaurant at pub at Kettering.
It's about 40 mins sth of Hobart. You could also drive on to Snug, Cygnet etc. Oysters and everything else at Snug butcher. btw.
