Hi
@mirren,
not sure if someone has already replied to this as i haven't gone all the way down.
when you talk about 2 screens are you wanting to attach 2 screens to your laptop or your laptop screen and another screen?
2 screen + laptop: you will need to make sure you either have 2 x HDMI ports or 1 x HDMI and 1 x USB TYPE C. once you find the ones that have your required ports you will need to make sure the drivers allow for the ports to be used to display additional screens as not all the laptops allow this, i checked HP, Lenovo and ended up with Acer. HDMI always should work however only some laptops allow the USB TYPE C to be used a display port
1 screen + laptop: pretty easy, just make sure its got a HDMI port.
next thing you need to work out is what you will be using it for, i have a i5 with 8gb ram and 256 ssd drive and im able to run iress over 3 screens without any issues and im also able to use the Adobe graphic software without any issues.
below is a photo of my setup and a photo of the connections to the laptop. the connecters are converters 1 is HDMI to DVI and the other is USB Type C to VGA
this is my laptop
