    I haven't made this recipe, nor have I ever used S04 or Lactose before, so a few firsts for me on this brew.

    I'm using S04 because it's the closest yeast I could find to the recipe which needs: Wyeast - London Ale III 1318 -- which is meant to be great for NEIPA's. I'm also keeping it at a slightly higher fermentation temp of 22.5 degrees which releases fruity esters, which should go well with the style.

    A Milkshake IPA is supposed to be more like an NEIPA style rather than an AIPA due to the lower bitterness, as the hops are mostly late addition (1min boil) and dry-hopped.

    Just carved up 2kg of mangoes to go in mid-week. I can imagine the amount of people who cringe at the thought of this in their beer biggrin.png
