Forgot to mention a couple of things. There was a fee for sending btc to the broker, but could not be assed working it out as it was designated in btc. Bank deposit are free. It took over an hour to appear. During all this btc went from 80k to 82k, within the space of approximately 2 hours. Also noticed if I exchange btc to another crypto like xrp etc, the fee is something like 2.5%. A couple of months ago I transferred 500 xrp (about $200 at the time) from the broker to my personal wallet, the fee was around 10%, certainly over $20.
