I use the stock scanner in TradingView. To achieve what you need use filters on the scanner and select EMA 20 crosses down EMA 5 (choice is limited to 5, 10, 30, 50 etc) . Then you could add 2 EMA indicators and change the settings as required.

You can do all this on the free version but you can't save settings on the scanner which may become time consuming if you use it consistently. There are free trials available. After my free trial I joined for a month then was offered further discount on the yearly membership fee. If you want live ASX data that is an additional fee of about $24 per month. I think the data is about 20 min behind if live data is not required.

There are plenty of you tube videos on using the TradingView stock scanner and indicators - I subscribe to Angus McKinnon, his explanations are clear and to the point.
