BUY and BPH would have trapped a few,
Especially those who used / T2'd with 10K of the Banks $$$$,
That they so nicely let them use....
Got to wonder if that is even in the Banks best interest to do so,
As people may be tempted to use it,
And loose their entire House Deposit,
Costing Banks the Banks Hundreds of Thousands of $$$$ in Interest they would have made....
