Capital raising. Good/bad for day traders? I tend to try and avoid but have been caught in a few lately. Is it a pump or a genuine rise? In the range of penny dreadfuls (.02-.20cents) what would experienced traders out there look for as signals to upcoming c/r's?
Amount of $$$ in bank before initiating a c.r ?
Resource stocks--drilling campaign..$$ required..

What else out there that traders find helpful???
