As a general comment and not directed to anyone in particular, my watchlist changes at least daily and quite often intraday.

I will start every day by generating a watchlist of Co's of interest. Anything that doesn't do what I expect gets deleted.

Anything I have traded twice that doesn't look promising gets deleted.

Anything that comes up on intraday scans gets added.

Watchlist gets audited next morning and start from scratch.

Not foolproof by any means but this process works for me.
