Sophisticated Investor is just someone with assets or income nothing else.
Anyone can become one you just need 2.5million in assets or income of 250,000 for 2 years in a row.
Any accountant can hook you up. Then you just need some connections or a broker etc and you'll be in CRs easily.
Nothing sophisticated about it!
