its funny how it takes hours for an announcement to really sink in. Its almost as if investors go off the volume/price action to indicate whether it was a good announcement or not. Rather than taking the due dilligence to read the bloody thing haha

Yes some stocks take hours some even days to move after an announcement
however RLC started moving as soon as trading resumed around 2pm & then went into overdrive in the final hour
it’s definitely a stock to keep an eye on over the next few days
