Covid was an anomaly - it gave the jumpstart to crazy - and agree that no one really thought that would fuel a rise however the lockdowns were a catalyst in hindsight -
Possibly the market was going to do that rise any way -
I have been procrastinating so much looking - I have been circling around one house for a few months now - I did put in offers higher 2 months ago and was rejected - the owners put the price up from there and got nothing - so now they are asking 50 k under the offer I made - so now I have offered 20k less - they still are rejecting that -
At this point my sister and family are all saying wait wait -
So if I am meant to get it I have the best chance currently - the agent is so frustrating - however - just hope that no one else wants it in the next few weeks at the lower price lol - there are more things coming on market - cheaper and around that - but this house is a rough diamond -
I really can see myself sitting on the back deck looking at the trees and being happy - maybe I need to just give them a bit more and get it done
