    Thanks afternoon crew.

    End-of-day summary:
The share market turned positive in late trade as a rebound in iron ore and a rally in oil helped offset a mixed session for the banks.
The ASX 200 swung from an early loss of 54 points to a closing gain of seven points or 0.08%.
Index heavyweights BHP and Rio Tinto helped lead the turnaround as China iron ore climbed 0.75% towards its first gain in five sessions. Woodside Energy and Santos advanced after Brent crude settled back above US$70 a barrel overnight. Of the major banks, NAB firmed 1.17%, while CBA and Westpac finished narrowly in the red.
This morning's weakness followed a lacklustre session in the US as a trade deal with the European Union failed to encourage buyers ahead of this week's interest rate decision and deluge of corporate earnings and economic data. The S&P 500 finished near flat, up 0.02%.
