It’s been an interesting day up here. It’s my birthday and I didn’t make any money out of the work thing I did today. Got nothing out of the two scratch tickets I got given this morning. Couldn’t trade cause of work and when I got back home about an hour before the close I was going to run some scans and look at buying something but the power went out cause the cyclone forming up here must have blown the grid we are on out. I did go out after everything blacked out and got some batteries for the radio and some bourbon to keep me alive though (my cyclone survival kit). So looks like it’s gonna be a birthday cyclone party in the dark tonight. Cheers everyone. See you when the power comes back on. Whenever that is. Hopefully not too long cause it’s bloody hot with no fans or air-con. Doing this on my mobile but better stop cause when it goes flat won’t be able to charge it although iPad is fully charged
