Not really DT but notice how Dale Henderson (pls) went out of his way in that anns to point out all production pretty much allocated into near future. ie if your left it late in production planning PLS probably can't help you.
Saw a podcast about month ago, interviewer asked about price manipulation of Li, being a professional he didn't bite but something about his body english suggested what goes around comes around.
Maybe just being fanciful but the anns today was a pretty good 'up yours' to the chinese buying spot as if the pending much discussed and promoted surplus was real and not imagined.
