poor TUL - today's other IPO - raised $78m at 90 (gold|joint venture with PNR) closed at 69 down 26% - should have gotten Tolga on board
there was an ipo earlier this week too - Chilean gold, raised $5m @ 20 - but I can't understand my own writing
