I'm using yahoo finance for charting. Its free and live, but doesn't show volume during pre-market. I trade through Saxo Trader and I pay for live data during market hours, which helps when I don't want to calculate the exchange difference. I do have 2 accounts with them, a US and AUS one. Only need to make a couple of trades per month to get a refund on the live monthly fee.
Like you, I'm trying to recover losses, and i tend to break the rules I set for myself. I have watched some other trading sites, but I find them boring, as they don't know how to fill in the "dead" time. I'll have a look into eSignal.
