Well daughter came home last night - we went out to some lovely authentic italian near where she lives in the city other week - had the best Lamb ragu truffle pasta and a woodfired pizza which was sooo good - so I google recipe and consulted my local woollies butcher - he said a leg would do fine and it was on special 12 kg -he chopped it into 3rd for me - so fried celery carrot onion garlic stock cubes crushed tomatoes - into the slow cooker few hours - skimmed fat this morn and few more hours - she loved it - actually tastes amazing
