A little bummed, my trigger for NWM didn't go off. I had it set at 16, had to leave before open and save a guy who'd locked his keys in the car (I have all the spares) and when I got back I saw its high of 16, but my sell which I'd set at .155 hadn't gone through, (not triggered at all, not even in the lineup) so had to bail then and there at .135. Lost a bit of profit there. Anyone had this happen before? Do I have any recourse with Commsec?

it can happen when lines are wiped and the price quickly moves past your trigger point. although that triggers and cancels, so idk why yours didn't at least trigger. check the course of sales.
