Check the Course of Sales to see if your trade was done thru CXA (the Chi-X). I had 1 done this morning by Commsec thru CXA - firstly got a 11.25am email, confirming the order, @ 11.26am in my Inbox. Secondly got the same 11.25am email again @ 3.35pm, followed by a trade confirmation email also @ 3.35pm for the trade - in AGE - which took place @ 11.24AM - 4 hours!! earlier, per their View drop-down box on their Executed Orders window. For an enterprise as big as Commsec this sort of negligence shouldn't happen, but it frustratingly does,albeit seldom for me - who'd rarely place more than 3 or 4 orders a day. Guata.
