    It strange (but also very common) for the chart to "predict" changes in the fundamentals. It's so common that I think the banks must know the time lines for many of these small companies, and they massage the price around until they're ready to take the brakes off and make the news public.
    TA relies on sentiment (ie. psychology), but it depends on the sentiment of the banks, not us retail traders. I think they must have insider info a lot of the time. Not so much for the ASX 200 companies because they're very closely scrutinized, but more the small caps.
