Exactly my thoughts.. Although this might be very difficult to adhere too.. I agree with you on this one..
I tried this method last week, Cut my huge losses on HCD and jumped in to TER and GRR before they broke out and now I have recovered those losses ..
The interesting thing about stock market is there is always going to be a stock that will be in the upside regardless of the Bloodbath times..
This days I hear things like - "oh the big boys are buying " , "yes this stock has reached the bottom " .. When you hear things like that, you stay glued to your losses waiting for God knows when that stock will be back up ... sometimes the bottom is not really the bottom...
