My parents insisted on paying for mine 20 years ago because of (foreseeing) this. Was peanuts now when you think about it. I got early entry to uni etc, so wasn't entirely a bad bet, but I've never once used said education. Financial Planning lol. Was invaluable in hindsight, whilst I've never worked in that industry, it has served me well.
