GBR was a great hold from yesterday. Happy with my return although it could've been higher. Quickly traded LIO before it went into TH.
Spent most of the morning watching charts and plotting entry/exit points. Held my nerve and didn't chase anything. Normally I would just jump in, as I feel like I need to be doing something. My new "doing something" is watching and not losing money. Hopefully I can keep up this trend and avoid FOMO.
