    I use stake. It’s very basic, really just a broker for cheap trades ($3) per trade for asx. It is CHESS sponsored. Basic charting only and no stop loss for asx trades but apparently they are offered for US trades.

    I had no trouble setting it up, placing trades, cancelling orders etc seems fine. I don’t have much money in the account just playing around really. I don’t like the fact there is no stop loss. I have only used it for asx stocks. Apparently trades are free for US stocks but they hit you with a hefty foreign currency conversion fee.

    I have not had to use the support service so can’t comment on that. I did send in a request to configure stop losses for asx. They responded reasonably quickly and said they will look into it. I wouldn’t have been the first to ask for that and given the functionality is already available, I guess they have no intention of adding stop loss functionality for asx trades.
