Well that was an interesting day. Nothing like the armagedon that we were expecting although it began with the usual panic sell off with the All ords down to 7482 at its low point before finishing at 7562 ,still down 37.4 on Friday but no massacre. With the impending doom many of our regular tipsters called in sick this morning and we had an all time record low field of 17 line up for the Improvers Hcp today.,with Sobar able to quickly load them into the barriers. We had one late scratching in VR1 in a TH for a fund raiser. This left 16 runners coming from 13 different stables. We had a pretty good strike rate from the brave few who forwarded the tips with Sobar finding 3 outstanding awards and 2 honorable mentions among them. The outstandings go to PCK opened .056 /top fluc .068/ closed .065 from the @Veritas2000 stable ,the ever reliable IDZ .065 / .079 /.072 from @Verplak85 and the first starter ALO .155 / .20 /.165 from @traderforever .Traderforever has been having a great run with his two year olds of late and certainly has his eye on the IPO's to the benefit of the forum as they can get under peoples radar at times. The honorable mentions go to another in form galloper in BIT .095 /.11 / .10(right time right place for this one).It had multiple nominators today in@Modishv, @HungHing , @Verplak85 ,@traderforever and finally HAW .09 /.105 /.095 from your correspondent.
