Todays race was a hurdle .We had 55 hopefuls line up this morning with a few nice results including our first Phar Lap award for a 100% gainer from open price to top fluctuation. In difficult conditions quite a few actually hit hurdles during the event finishing well off their days high. We had one late withdrawal from the @FXm stable with NTI coming out at 9.16am due to the lodgement of a material patent. A few of the lads at the stable say this is a good thing and to keep an eye on NTI when it resumes after a short spell. On to todays awards and it is with pleasure I announce our first Phar Lap award to @vogliobene .His runner VIA was open $1.01/top fluctuation $2.00/closed $2.00 . A fantastic result and could have been better as VIA, a rare earths outfit ,was withdrawn from the race in a trading pause at 12.58pm while still in full flight. It was pulled in by the stewards yesterday to explain its improved performance having risen 39% and 24% in the two previous days. Its connections could only provide the standard Sgt Schultz answers and were allowed to rejoin the race today. The next episode is eagerly awaited for by all at the track. Of the rest sobar has awarded one outstanding and 4 honorable mentions. The outstanding goes to@FXm for CDTO .006/.008/.008 .Well done on that one ,I know you have been very patient. The honorable mentions go to ZNC .22/.255/.24 from @JayMarket ,HNR .029/.033/.029 and HAW .055/.06/.059 both from yours truly and AJL .043/.048/.044 from @slips. Looks like stormy weather and heavy tracks ahead of us in the next few days. Time to batten down the hatches.
