Very quiet day at the track today with just 41 runners and 5 honorable mentions. These were AFW .007/.008/.007 from @sintrate ,EFE .048/.053/.05 and EFEOA .034/.038/.036 both from @wrighty64 ,KTA .06/.066/.066 also from @wrighty64 ,nice trifecta on a tough day wrighty.and finally SZL .046/.052/.047 from @ShermanMckoy . In the stewards room we saw EUR suspended ,bookmakers are asked to line their books and all bets are off. Fresh betting will resume when EUR informs punters of its new and exciting acquisition. two others were late scratching in SMI arranging a fund raiser and ANP awaiting a medical opinion. As I write gold is clinging tenaciously to $1800 and US futures are mildly positive so hoping for a bounce back and lots of awards on the last trading day of the month.
