Cash makes up part of the capital allocation. Generally dont ever have cash in long-term, when I do a monthly reallocation tend to build up my existing positions to keep my capital split. Always keep cash in short-term to make sure I can take 1 position quickly if needed. Day trade is just pure cash obviously.
