    I have had my share of health issues but I seem to be travelling ok now
    At the local gym I got a guy to help me and he specialized in Rehabilitation rather than building bulging muscles
    a couple of sessions with him got me on the right path
    The other thing is plenty of walking in the fresh air -it makes you feel good and clears the mind
    Hang in there -it takes times both physically and mentally but it can be done
