lol...I happens to receive this company prospectus for fund raising a few months earlier and based on that this company looks like a dead duck. The fund raising was so the company could purchase another company that have very little and happens to be own entirely by another director on MMZ (warning signs there). They were paying $300K+ for a company that have little/no revenue and like $10K of cash on hand.
I hope all the newbies don't listen to all this ramping.
