ADR 1.9 looks to have a heap of bag holders trapped above who are keen to sell whenever price gets to 3 cents or higher. The safe trading range for this one till it consolidates enough to absorb all the sellers above is the 1.5 to 3 cents range. Again an alert set at 1.5 is probably the best entry tactic.
