I’m an accountant and my research hasn’t yielded any fruits to show there’s a tax advantage when when you finally distribute to yourself but thanks for recommending that I consult one. I have compared notes and the position remains that it’s not going to give you an advantage. This is why I needed the position of someone who’s actually doing it because I may have overlooked something. But again thanks for your recommendation.
