Yep,
Australia has some of Highest Cost of living Prices in the World!!!!,
Especially compared to our Wages.

House Prices in Sydney can be Higher than in London,
With lower wages,
Less Opportunity,
And far worse Infrastructure.
UK had better Bus services and Public Transport etc. over 20 years ago .
As does the US and most 1st World Countries.

Yet Australia still does not have the Brains to Ban Foreign "Investment" or price Manipulation,
Depending how you look at it.

Now Pensioners can't even afford Rent in many places.

Very Sad situation.
Our Fuel is way overpriced,
As are Houses,
Food,
Vehicles,
And Just about everything else.

We will actually look Silly to the entire World when the Olympics are here.
Tourists will notice how Crazy the prices are here,
How Bad, and Far Behind our Infrastructure,
And Public Transport are.

And tell Relatives and Friends not to bother,
Go somewhere with better value for Money and Better Infrastructure.
Which is pretty much anywhere else in the entire World. (at least most places)

Americans will be shocked to pay so much for Food here,
Which will look like less than a Half Portion,
Only to the see a Bill for least Double if not Quadruple the Price of what they would be used to paying.
