Merry Xmas all.
I'm stumbling to the finish line. Seriously tired.
But it wouldn't be Xmas if I wasn't.
Oysters and champagne tonight. Followed by prawns in a curry sauce with cashews and salad.
Tomorrow is surf and turf.
I have a chunk of rib eye. Will be served with 500gm of crayfish each and a red wine jus.
Pretty easy to do, just spendy.
